Gabriella, 18 inch. Black Wooden Doll in Englishwomen's Costume c. 1840.....AVAILABLE

Gabriella is LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME

Hello everyone,
Here is one of my most recent wooden dolls I have made and she is ready to go to a new home. Exquisite wood-carving, and her clothing inspired on a 1840 Englishwomen's costume is to die for!

If interested to purchase her, please email me, I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Details of her clothing:
Cotton petticoat, blouse, bonnet, apron and bustle pad from the Victorian Era.
Her bodice and skirt are made of a rare, beautiful early example of 19th century French block-printed and resist dyed textile. The whole bodice and skirt are lined with early off-white cotton.
Lovely embroidered shoes and pocket, 19th century Chinese textile.

Beautiful early example of 19th century French block-printed and resist dyed textile.
