Faith is 20" tall. She is dressed in early textiles and wearing
accessories dating back to mid 19th century
She has Izannah Walker's signature ringlet curls: two curls painted
on the side of the head and five more curls framing the back of her neck
I made a set of necklace and bracelet using antique glass beads in
a lovely turquoise color
Cloth pocket: lovely striped cotton, circa 1910's
Under her calico dress she is wearing a chemise, pantaloons and
a petticoat made from antique cotton fabrics
Faith has black painted lace-up boots and delicate bow.
Izannah Walker painted some of her doll's shoes inspired
on leather ankle boots that were worn by the girls of her era
Second skin: Antique polished cotton, c.1880
I made her dress inspired on a Civil War Era child's dress,
This beautiful early brown calico with a tiny geometric print
dates from around c.1850
